    Superb cylindrical ceramic vase from West Germany , dating from the 1970s , numbered 522-18 on the reverse. Typical of West German design , this vase features an earthy palette with a graphic yellow and red glaze on a beige and brown background, giving the piece a strong and warm identity.

    This vase embodies the craftsmanship of German ceramicists from the post-war period, combining a simple form with a bold design , characteristics sought after in the Fat Lava movement.
